He's held various technical and BDM roles throughout his career, is credited with many first runs, and has authored or co-authored 15 patents in CwD technologies.

Mitch has over 40 years engineering and operations experience in down hole tool development with over 25 years' specifically dedicated to CwD drillable bits. He holds 2 patents in the this space and has traveled the globe during this time to implement Level II work in many areas previously untouched by CwD.
